By using PRIC’D, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

PRIC’D is a smart tattoo estimate and booking app that enables:

• Clients to upload tattoo designs, preview them on a 3D model, receive instant estimates, pay deposits, and book sessions.
• Artists to connect their diaries, view bookings, manage client leads, and receive deposits with full client details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Clients: Deposits and payments are processed via third-party payment providers. All bookings are subject to the artist’s policies on refunds or rescheduling. PRIC’D does not guarantee refunds.
• Artists: Access to PRIC’D may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• All payment information you provide must be valid and accurate.

• Clients may request cancellations based on the artist’s policies.
• Artists may cancel subscriptions within 14 days of initial purchase (where applicable).
• PRIC’D does not control or guarantee artist refund policies.
