Terms and Conditions

The rules and responsibilities that come with booking, getting booked, and using Pric'd — in plain terms.

Last updated · May 17, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Pric'd ("Pric'd", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Pric'd website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

01

The Service

Pric'd is a booking platform that helps tattoo artists and studios publish bookable profiles, manage availability, take deposits, and coordinate appointments with clients. Pric'd is a technology provider only. The tattoo services themselves are performed by independent artists and studios, not by Pric'd.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or book a tattoo through the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

03

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@pricd.co.uk if you suspect unauthorized use.

04

Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

  • When a client books an artist through the Service, a deposit may be charged at the time of booking. The deposit amount and percentage are set by the artist or studio and shown before payment.

  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By submitting a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms.

  • Pric'd may charge platform or service fees, which will be displayed before you complete a transaction.

  • Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellation policies are set by each artist or studio and shown at the time of booking. Pric'd facilitates refunds where the artist or studio authorizes them; we are not responsible for disputes between clients and artists.

05

Artist and Studio Responsibilities

If you use the Service as an artist or studio, you agree to:

  • Hold all licenses, permits, and insurance required to provide tattoo services in your jurisdiction.

  • Keep your availability, pricing, and deposit terms accurate and up-to-date.

  • Honor confirmed bookings or follow your published cancellation and refund policy.

  • Comply with applicable health, safety, and consumer-protection laws.

06

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or harassing purpose.

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to impersonate any person.

07

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as profile photos, portfolio images, and tattoo references). You grant Pric'd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

08

Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google (sign-in and Google Calendar) and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

09

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Pric'd and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay amounts due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Payments, Liability, and Disputes) will survive.

11

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pric'd does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and does not endorse any specific artist, studio, or client.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pric'd and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Pric'd in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

13

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pric'd from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pric'd is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
